I've been a musician all my life. I love great sounds, great music, and great people. Started with college in Edinboro Pennsylvania and went to Cal Arts, MFA - percussion, world music, and jazz. I lived in Indonesia (Bali and Java) for two years, and have been back many times. I've worked from Gazzarri's to the Getty in LA, from 48 states, 4 Canadian provinces, many Asian countries from Korea to Borneo, and everywhere I could go.

My world now is different. I got T-boned from a guy who was texting at 40mph. I had a stroke 3 weeks later. I can't talk well or write well, and my right hand is half there (I'm left handed so that helps). I hope that this will get better soon. For now, I have to have fun anyway I can.

I love early Rogers drums, always have. I'm a B&B guy all the way. I've had one since I was 9. It's that Jasper open soft wood sound that's beautiful and supple. Just too awesome!

------

1959 Rogers Top Hat set, WMP (12, 12, 16, 20). I rebuilt the whole thing and it looks and sounds like it's brand new.

1958 Rogers Orchestra Snare, WMP. I've had that since 1970.

1953 WFL Combo Outfit (13, 22). I've had that since 1972 and I'm selling it right now.

1985 DW Keller set (10, 12, 15, 20). Got it in the early 90's. I'm going to sell that one soon. I just don't love it and I think it sounds like crap to me, so out it goes!

2014 Gretsch Marquee. Nice soft maple inside and hard maple outside with walnut stain. Sounds great, looks great, and I like it a lot. It's the same thing as Renown but different hoops and no grey interior (which I hate). Got rid of those crappy hoops and got Gibraltar hoops and now it's awesome

------

Lots of deep Gongs from Bali, from 6" up to 32".

------

Lots of Cymbals from late 50's A's (I mean a LOT!), and some Mehmet's, dark K's, Paiste, Meinl, Wuhan/Chinese and others.

------

Marimba's (3) and Xylo's... Deagan, Musser, Mexican...

------

Don't get my started with mics and recording equipment... ugh!

------

I don't have a couch! But I have everything else...
