    Thank goodness for credit cards!

Basically want to audition/record a bunch of stuff against my Paiste 602/Masters setup. Figured at these prices I could sell pies I don’t like and probably break even.... will update. Have owned a bunch of Agop in the past but not Mehmet.

Geeeeez... You might be able to sell those for scrap and cover 80% of your cost if you don't like them at that price lolol

(The above was in jest... Even without knowing exact "spot" prices I'm assuming you could only scrap a heavy cymbal for anywhere in the neighborhood of $15-20 maximum and that's with someone being able to give you the prices for the tin and copper)

Picked up a 20” Soultone flat top Extreme for $68. I hope it sounds as good as the YouTube video I saw.

Broke down and just bought the Istanbul Mehmet Onurhan 15 inch crash cymbal. Last one left directly from Amazon for $78.08. Can't beat that! I think it will go well with my Paiste 900's 17", 18" & 19". Similar sounding from what I see. I added a Gibraltar boom medium weight boom stand to go along with it for $58 bucks. These are crazy low cymbal prices that are hard to say no to. I just purchased this week my offset pedals and a set of LP mini timbales and now this! That's 4 things in a week! Damn, this drumming thing is becoming expensive. Every time I see a deal, I end up pushing "add to cart"

Update: I just checked and after I purchased it they listed it as "Out of stock, more on the way" and they raised the price to $163.56. Damn!!!! That's more than double than what I paid for it just 10 minutes ago. Woohoo!!
