    Thanks for posting those, Mike! Man. Watching Sticky play with that great big grin on his face just made me feel . . . happy. What a lovely gentleman.

    And, did anybody notice how great the old K cymbal in the ride position in the last video sounded? Wow.

    I love that kind of playing, from the NO style all the way to the swing style. Maybe I was born a few decades too late.

    Sticks(as he likes his friends to call him, and I am proud to be his friend) is an amazing drummer, a super knowledgeable historian, and a heckuva snappy dresser! And yes, his smile and enjoyment of the drums is infectious.

    I’ll let him know he has been ‘discovered’ on DF and enjoyed. (maybe he has been known prior, but this is the first mention of him I have seen)
