Slingerland bongos ... Age ? And maybe worth

    nice! be careful with those heads. they are not made anymore. if you want to play them with sticks and not ruin the bearing edge, get some regular remo heads. that will get the top of the hoop above the head.

    You'll need longer T-rods if you use a conventional drum head. You might even need conventional hoops.

    I don't have any slingerland drums, just these bongos. So I'm not sure what to do with them.
    I didn't take Good pics of the chrome , but it's like brand new.
    Can anyone tell me the age?

    you do not need conventional hoops. the ones you have work either way - bongo head or regular head.
