**DELETE** I'm keeping these Istanbul Agop 13" Turk Hi-Hats.
Surprised these haven't sold here or on REVERB--they're the nicest-sounding cymbals of those I've sold (or have otherwise been willing to part with) over the years. Moreover, I can't recall another pair of thinner 13" hats sounding better than these. In the past week, I've rediscovered how well they sing with my lighter Agops--20" Sig, 19" 30th Anniv, 20" Vezir reworked by Tim Roberts. (Maybe people think they're too ugly, but I've always embraced their raw appearance--they're my kids!) I'll happily keep them for playing in small spaces or more intimate musical situations.

I'm thinning out my cymbal collection, and these Agop hats are the last and most difficult to let go.
I selected these 13” Istanbul Agop Turk hi hats (696g/761g) from several 13” Agop Turks available brand-new. Given their raw finish, these cymbals show no signs of use or wear from the time I first bought them. They play well for jazz, blues, folk, fusion, pop, and world music. Judge for yourself: my video demo.
Agop no longer offers Turk hi hats in 13s – only 14s & 15s. But 13s are the sweet spot of the Turk hats, IMO. A rare find in this condition.
