These are some great deals. I used to study cymbal prices all the time. I like snares now but this is an awesome sticky.

agreed. it was lossforgains idea. he approached me with it. we dont do alot of stickys around here. forums can get cluttered up with them. but as long as this one stays active, it is and will be fine. i think everyone enjoys a nice heads up on a good deal.

My thought was, better to have one sticky for a topic that keeps coming up than to have 15 unused threads that clutter up the list and just end up pushed down into oblivion. That is, for those of us who care about such things. Personally I would hope that if someone gets a deal from this thread that they would come here and post a :thumbright: so we know it's worthwhile. You might have seen a few posts up that I grabbed a ride cymbal from mountainhick's alert. I am crossing my fingers that it fills a niche for me! I hope others end up with similar good stories from this.
 
What if we had one of these stickies in the Vintage Drum section. There are always threads made about deals on drums.

when someone places a bid on a buy it now item with no reserve,the buy it now disappears...thats what happened in this case as well.
