Kenny Burrell! Very sweet instrumental record. For many years it was the only Christmas music I could stand. Very hip arrangements.

Not really jazz or blues, but Lowen & Navarro released a very excellent Christmas album a few years back - great singer/songwriter duo, acoustic guitar oriented - a well-done album.

More mainstream; Still love the Ray Charles Christmas Album and the Christmas Album from Steve Tyrell. Some good LA players on this one including some nice work by Clark Terry.

"A Charlie Brown Christmas" Vince Guaraldi Trio. Impossible to mention "jazz" and "Christmas" with out this - no guitar, but very guitar adaptable.
I would put this at the top of the list.

Absolutely...a Christmas requirement!

Anything by David Benoit. Has done many Christmas CD's over the years.

Enjoy:

Not a guitar album, just one of my holiday favorites. In fact, it's pretty darn good any time of year!

The Squirrel Nut Zippers "Christmas Caravan" is a mainstay at my home during the season.
