Two aluminum beauties from Tama:

⬆️ I replaced the s-hoops on this Tama Super Aluminum 'cuz it had a prominent "ping" sound. The die cast muted it somewhat, but not enough for me to keep the drum. Either way, it was a very loud drum!

Maaan, how great to have an actual bar there. Kudos on the investment man, I know this is a big chunk of change, but I'm persuaded you'regonna get your money's worth and much much more ... enjoy and congrats again.
Thanks!

Its a dream coming true after 33 years of playing drums and hard work with the family (this is a small part of the new house).

The kitchen has a small fridge and siemens combo oven with wifi too (like for what would anyone need wifi for their ovens?).

Finally being able to record, rehearse, teach, explore, and relax with more space than my old parent’s attic or previous box.

And with other people.

That was my most important goal.

Question, ( from guitar guy that digs drums)

Did Ludwig make a few different 'shades' of the Champagne metallic kit?

One of our drummer's kits is a vintage Ludwig ( w/matching snare) that has a more 'pink Champagne' tone to it. Beautiful!
What would that matching snare model be ? ( same wrap, looks like 14"X5")
Is this called a Super Classic too? ( maybe Jazz Festival?) just me guessing...

Thanks!
There's a 60's version & a 70's version & either are prone to fade, But the 60's unfaded is pinker. Matching wooden snares would be a Jazz Festival (8 lugs) or Pioneer (6 lugs). Cheers!

Thanks!
